That one quality in a Leader.

What is the that one quality that is absolutely must to have In your leader?

That one equality that is the most important to have in your leader is integrity‬. A leader should never have a price. Money, Power, Threat, Fear, Nothing should be able to sway him from his mission, from what he thinks is right.
Allama Iqbal was the biggest Muslim Philosopher and thinker of the last century. Pakistan is the result of his dream. He needed a leader for the realisation of his dream and he chose Muhammad Ali Jinnah‬.
What was the reason that Iqbal selected Jinnah? Was he the best Politician in India? Best Orator? Most Powerful? Best Businessman? Best Economist? Most Educated? No, he was none of these. He was not regarded as the best Muslim either.
So what was it that Iqbal saw in Jinnah? It was his integrity! Jinnah had no price. Money, power, threat, fear, Nothing could sway him from his mission and what he thought was right.
