1) Intentions of the feedback should be positive. The purpose should be improvement.

2) Start with appreciation. Comment on the positive things. Identify the aspects that have been good.

3) Identify the mistakes and aspects with room for improvement with carefully chosen words.

4) Give honest opinion on how to rectify the mistakes, and how to improve.

5) End with a summary of the feedback mainly focussing on the positive points.
